Bass Guitar Lessons.

Weekly one-on-one bass lessons for 4-string and 5-string bass guitar. Lessons focus on the unique role a bass plays in a band with emphasis on scales, timing and phrasing. Fingerstyle, slap bass and flat-picking methods in a variety of styles. My favorite bassists to emulate are James Jamerson, John Paul Jones, Marcus Miller and Joe Dart.

Children ages 10 and up, teen, adult and senior students welcome. Beginner to intermediate. Musical experience preferred but not required.
